Recruitment and Training
All staff selected to work, as a part of our security team will undergo the
following training:

20 days of comprehensive initial training compliant with the PSAR Act
mandates

A daily class, during training, shall include our attitude training program -
LIKEABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE which emphasizes the importance of
immediate, courteous attention to Clients.
- On agreeing site and duty post responsibilities, all personnel will be trained on your specific needs and expectations.
