The security personnel selected are well experienced professional guards having worked in similar environment. It will be ensured that they are of minimum acceptable education and physical fitness standards capable of communicating properly and handling telephone systems, electronic security equipment’s and fire detections and control systems. They will be made to undergo focused pre induction training on their duties and responsibilities. Our company firmly believes that a success of any business is directly proportional to the quality of the services that we offer. Hence we give much importance to quality and it is our work ethics. We understand the manpower requirements of our clients on one side and the ability and efficiency of our manpower supply and try to bridge that gap.
